JOIN US FOR MORNING WORSHIP AT 9:30 AM

A congregation of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA)

Knowing

Our hearts are restless until they find their rest in Christ. Knowing Jesus Christ and the power of His resurrection is our defining Story.

Knowing Jesus Christ

Indeed, I count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have suffered the loss of all things and count them as rubbish, in order that I may gain Christ – Philippians 3:10

There are many things that we can strive for and be defined by in this world. Hope of Christ seeks to be defined by what Christ has accomplished and is accomplishing in us.

Growing

From the seeds of faith to its mature flowering, Christ supplies all we need to grow in grace. We grow together by the strength each person supplies.

Growing in Grace

Speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love. – Ephesians 4:15-16

We are not redeemed to be lonely but to grow together in grace. We seek to be instruments in the Redeemer’s hands – one for another.

Going

His love has been poured out into our hearts and it overflows to our community and throughout the world that all may know Him.

Going in Hope

But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth. – Acts 1:8

We are redeemed and gifted by God to be a blessing to others. We seek to love our neighbors where we live and share the Gospel to all who ask. We are committed to the planting of Churches in this area and supporting the Gospel throughout the world.

Mission SUCCESS!

Thank you to all of our AMAZING volunteers who helped run another incredible Backyard Bible Camp!
Mark your calendars for next summer’s dates: June 15 – 19, 2026, and please consider how you can join in the action. We can always use more help!

Barnabas Center Training

On August 23rd from 10am-3 pm (lunch is provided), the Barnabas Center Richmond will be offering a training day at our church, where two of their counselors will introduce their biblically grounded model for understanding the human heart, relationships, and the redemptive hope of God. The Barnabas Center model is what The Ilona Foundation desires to replicate with a Christian counseling center in Stafford.

Space is limited. Sign up by clicking below.

Men's Breakfast

Men, join us on the first Saturday of every month for a fellowship breakfast. The meal is hosted at a different home each month. Contact a member of the session for more information.

The Sunflower Concert

On Friday, September 26, 2025, The Ilona Foundation will be having its third annual Sunflower Concert, which will include many members of Hope of Christ’s worship team. Also featuring the worship collective, The Porter’s Gate, this night of worship will focus on the intersection of joy and sorrow,  where lament and hope coexist. This year’s theme reminds us that “The Sun is Always Shining”, even when we can’t see it. God is always near, even in the moments and seasons when we feel alone.

Harmony at Falls Run Service

On the 4th Sunday of the month: Consider joining us and the residents of Harmony at Falls Run Retirement Community after our regular morning service for an additional worship service at 1:30pm. All are welcome to attend.
