Ephesians 6:2-3
“Honor your father and mother” (this is the first commandment with a promise), “that it may go well with you and that you may live long in the land.”
The Children’s Sunday School classes of Hope of Christ visited the Greenfield Assisted Living Home following worship on December 6th. The children of Hope of Christ performed for the residents of the home, sang Christmas carols, and showed love to neighbor by visiting those who are often shut-in and don’t receive visitors from the community. The children were as blessed to interact with their “mothers and fathers” as were the residences who received the cheer that the vitality of youth evokes.
